We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CDP / DCDP to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in the culinary industry, with expertise in kitchen operations and management.

Roles and Responsibility

- Adhere to the menu and duty roster for the department.

- Plan menus and control food costs for optimal profitability.

- Manage daily operations, including inventory and cost control.

- Ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.

- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in food preparation.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the culinary industry, preferably in a similar role.

- Solid knowledge of kitchen operations, cuisine, and food costing.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Familiarity with inventory management and cost control procedures.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
