Role & responsibilities

- Manage the Managing Directors daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
- Coordinate and follow up with various departments on tasks and action points assigned by the MD.
- Prepare MIS reports, business updates, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes of meetings.
- Track significant action items, deadlines, and commitments and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
- Support the MD in business reviews, meetings, presentations, and special projects.
- Maintain and organize important documents, reports, and confidential information.
- Prepare presentations and business reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Handle email communication, correspondence, and follow-ups as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and other logistics for the MD.
- Ensure timely communication of decisions and instructions from the MD to relevant teams.
- Monitor the progress of key initiatives and provide regular status updates to the MD.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion.
- Assist the MD with day-to-day business coordination and administrative requirements.
- Take up additional assignments and special projects as directed by the MD.

Preferred candidate profile

- Any Graduate / Postgraduate with 0 to 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, or similar role.
- Prior experience supporting a MD, CEO, Director, Business Head,



or senior management is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to prepare MIS reports and professional presentations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior management.
- Strong sense of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
- Proactive approach with good problem-solving and execution skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle pressure.
- Candidates with experience in Retail, FMCG, Food, Bakery, Manufacturing, or related industries will be preferred.
