A Day in the life

Collaboration with cross functional teams i.e. Supply Chain Partners, Sourcing & Developments, Market Quality Team, PDT & Supply Chain to ensure the closure of audit points and various discrepancies. Identification of risks for future through risk based audits.

Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders for: Supplier Manufacturing Capability Assessment, Quality On boarding & GB localisation, Multisource Development Audit & To ensure Tool Life w.r.t defined life, Market issues study with PTDB and solution and incorporation in Existing models, PTDB incorporation and resolution in the Existing models, Self-Certified Suppliers (DOL) audit, Risk based T1 Audit, Critical Tier-2 audit & Global SCP audit.

Academic Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) required & 4~5 Years

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Product & Process Expertise





- Expertise in Auditing for Plastic & Rubber Parts
- Problem Solving
- Supplier Manufacturing Capability Assessment
- PFMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP & APQP
- Understanding of Rubber Parts- Tyres, Compression molding parts like Grommets, O-ring, water guard, Suspension of Canister, OWV, ROV etc and Rubber extrusion molding tube parts like tube and hoses.
