Responsibilities

- Cargo Handling
- Receive, sort, load and unload cargo
- Inspect and verify cargo to prevent damage or loss

- Safety Management
- Perform duties in accordance with airline and airport safety regulations
- Respond to emergencies and report incidents

- Work Improvement Proposals
- Plan and propose initiatives to improve the efficiency of cargo-handling operations
- Research and recommend the introduction of recent methods and technologies
- Collaborate with other departments on operational improvements

Cargo Sales

- General Sales Activities
- Communicate with customers and manage pricing and cargo volumes to support sustainable revenue




- Develop strong customer relationships to support sustainable business

- Data Analysis
- Collect and analyse data on cargo volumes, revenue and market conditions
- Prepare reports based on the findings and present them to supervisors

- Project Management
- Plan, manage and execute new projects
- Monitor project progress and provide feedback

- Handle general administrative activities

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to collect and analyse cargo volume, revenue and market data, and prepare reports
- Customer communication and relationship management skills
