We help students and working professionals choose the right Online & Distance UG & PG programmes based on their educational background, career goals and skilled requirements.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Career Development Officer (CDO) to join our Education Sales team.

About the Role:

As a CDO, you will connect with students and working professionals who have shown interest in higher education programmes.

Your role will be to understand their career goals, recommend suitable courses and universities, counsel them through the admission process and convert qualified enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through telephone calls and follow-ups.
- Understand their academic background, career objectives and education requirements.
- Recommend suitable Online & Distance UG/PG programmes.
- Counsel students regarding programmes such as:
- BBA
- BCA
- B.Com
- MBA
- MCA
- Other UG & PG programmes
- Explain university options, eligibility, fees, programme structure and admission process.
- Help students compare different programme/university options according to their requirements.
- Handle questions and objections related to fees, university, course, recognition, career prospects and admission process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
- Guide students throughout the complete admission journey.
- Coordinate with the admission/operations team for documentation and enrollment.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.




- Achieve daily calling and monthly admission/sales targets.

Experience will be an advantage

will be preferred. Salary & Incentives : Fixed + Attractive Performance Incentives + Annual Bonus

Final salary will depend on the candidate's experience, communication skills and overall suitability.
