Job Summary
We are looking for a Career Counsellor cum Telecaller to handle student enquiries provide career guidance explain our IT training programs and convert qualified leads into admissions.
Job Responsibilities
Handle student enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp
Understand students education skills experience and career goals
Recommend suitable IT courses and career paths
Explain course syllabus duration fees learning process and career opportunities
Conduct regular follow up calls with prospective students
Schedule demo sessions and counselling sessions
Convert interested candidates into course admissions
Maintain daily records of leads calls follow ups and admissions
Follow up with students until the admission and payment process is completed
Achieve monthly calling follow up and admission targets
Maintain good relationships with students and provide a positive counselling experience
Coordinate with trainers and the TechGuru360 team regarding batch schedules and student requirements
Skills Required
Good Tamil and English communication skills
Strong communication and convincing skills
Good counselling and interpersonal skills
Confident in making outbound calls
Good follow up and lead conversion ability
Basic computer knowledge
Basic knowledge of Excel Google Sheets and WhatsApp
Target oriented and self motivated
Experience in IT training education sales telecalling or career counselling will be an advantage
Salary and Incentives
Rs 18000 to Rs 25000 per month plus performance based incentives
Additional incentives will be provided based on admission targets and performance
