Provide career guidance to students and professionals through career assessment, counselling and personalised career planning. Analyse interests, aptitude, ability, personality, skills and goals to recommend suitable careers, occupations, courses and development pathways.
Key responsibilities: Career assessment One-to-one counselling Career exploration Course & institution guidance Career-roadmap development Coordinate and interact with schools, colleges, universities and other educational institutions Labour-market and opportunity analysis Student/institute engagement Progress follow-up.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
