Qualification

Graduate Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Administration, or Catering Technology.

Skilled Experience

3– 5 years of active operational experience in restaurant service, fine dining, corporate banquets, or premium hospital hospitality setups, with a proven record of accomplishment of leading floor service teams.

Role Purpose A Captain is a front-of-house supervisor responsible for ensuring smooth restaurant operations and delivering excellent guest service. They act as the link between the restaurant manager, kitchen staff, and service team

Key Responsibilities

- Ø Welcome and seat guests professionally.
- Ø Supervise waiters/stewards during service.
- Ø Ensure prompt and accurate food and beverage service.
- Ø Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely order delivery.
- Ø Handle guest complaints and resolve issues courteously.




- Ø Train and guide service staff on service standards.
- Ø Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and table setup.
- Ø Assist in reservations, table allocation, and billing.
- Ø Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Ø Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates to management.
