What is happening after class?
Actuall is a local participation network that turns nearby intent into a clear Plan with a time, place, Host, capacity, and a next step to show up.
We are selecting 3 to 5 current university students for the Actuall Campus Participation Fellowship, a 6-week, part-time internship based in Gurugram and across eligible Delhi NCR campuses.
Compensation and commitment
- This is an unpaid internship.
- Expected commitment: 4 to 5 hours per week for 6 weeks.
- Fellows will join one weekly group working session with the founders of Actuall.
- Campus activity may take place outside regular class hours.
- There is no application or participation fee.
- Do not incur an expense for Actuall unless it has been approved in writing.
This is a structured participation and learning role. It is not a referral-sales, commission, or app-install campaign. Fellows will learn what students want to do after class, help identify responsible Hosts, support a bounded set of clear Plans, and share structured operating feedback with the Actuall team.
What you will do
- Map specific after-class interests, recurring activities, and participation gaps on your campus.
- Identify potential Hosts. A Host is accountable for a specific Plan, including its activity, time, place, capacity, and participant context.
- Help create, Host, or co-Host a bounded set of Plans agreed during onboarding.
- Invite relevant students through appropriate, campus-approved channels.
- Keep RSVP information accurate and follow the agreed Arrival method, if used during the pilot.
- Communicate changes, capacity limits, and cancellations clearly.
- Gather participant feedback and document what helped people attend and return.
- Follow applicable campus, venue, and Actuall operating instructions.
- Escalate safety, access, or conduct concerns to the designated Actuall contact. Fellows do not investigate reports or promise outcomes.
- Join the weekly founder working session and submit a concise end-of-fellowship review.
What you will learn
- How participant research becomes a real operating decision.
- How a clear Plan moves from interest to RSVP and Arrival.
- How Hosts reduce uncertainty before people show up.
- How product, operations, and growth work together inside an early-stage company.
- How to review participation evidence without optimizing for empty reach or installs.
Who should apply
- Current undergraduate or postgraduate students aged 18 or older who regularly attend a university or college campus in Gurugram or Delhi NCR.
- Students who can commit 4 to 5 hours per week for the full 6 weeks.
- People who enjoy bringing small groups together and following through on practical details.
- Transparent communicators who can handle changes calmly and respect campus and venue rules.
- Students willing to seek any permission required for a Plan.
You do not need a society title, a large social following, or previous event-hosting experience.
Selection
Apply through LinkedIn. Shortlisted applicants may be invited to a brief conversation. Selected Fellows will receive the written scope, schedule, reporting line, and participation expectations before accepting.
Completion does not guarantee future employment, a paid internship, a recommendation, academic credit, or a university appointment.
This Fellowship is operated independently by Actuall. It does not imply that an applicant's university endorses, sponsors, or partners with Actuall. Fellows must follow campus and venue rules and obtain permission where required.
