Key Responsibilities
- Call Monitoring: Listen to live or recorded phone calls, chats, and emails.
- Performance Scoring: Grade agents on tone, empathy, problem-solving, and script use.
- Feedback & Coaching: Share audit results and provide constructive tips to agents.
- Compliance Checks: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal guidelines.
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards and reports.
- Calibration Sessions: Join alignment meetings with managers and trainers to keep scoring fair and consistent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹42,496.58 per month
