Position: Hindi Voice Process

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls in Hindi.
- Understand customers’ questions and provide suitable solutions.
- Explain banking/financial products or services clearly.
- Make outbound calls when required.
- Maintain customer information and call records.
- Meet daily/weekly calling and performance targets.
- Escalate difficult customer issues to the senior team.
Requirements:
- 10th/12th pass or graduate, depending on the opening.
- Good Hindi communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers can apply for some positions.
- Comfortable working in a target-based environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
