Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Café Sales Executive to drive sales and enhance customer engagement at a premium café. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented approach and the ability to build excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive daily sales and achieve assigned café sales targets.
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements and preferences.
- Promote café products, beverages, combos and special offers.
- Handle customer inquiries and convert walk-ins into sales.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with regular customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Support promotional and marketing activities to increase café footfall.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth order execution.




- Maintain proper product presentation and café sales standards.
- Collect customer feedback and address basic customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor competitor offerings, pricing and promotional activities.
- Maintain daily sales records and prepare basic sales reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a premium guest experience.
