Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Assistant Barista to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing coffee and other beverages, operating coffee equipment, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages.

⁠ ⁠Assist the Head Barista in daily café and beverage operations.

⁠ ⁠Follow standard recipes and ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.

⁠ ⁠Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other café equipment efficiently.

⁠ ⁠Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and work area.

⁠ ⁠Assist with stock management and inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies.

⁠ ⁠Ensure proper handling and maintenance of coffee equipment.

⁠ ⁠Provide excellent customer service and handle customer requests professionally.





⁠ ⁠Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards.

⁠ ⁠Support the team during busy hours and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

⁠ ⁠Previous experience as a Barista or Assistant Barista is preferred.

⁠ ⁠Good knowledge of coffee preparation and basic brewing techniques.

⁠ ⁠Experience operating espresso machines and coffee grinders.

⁠ ⁠Knowledge of latte art will be an added advantage.

⁠ ⁠Good communication and customer service skills.

⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

⁠ ⁠A positive attitude and passion for coffee and hospitality.

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
