Experience required- 10-15 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the structural simulation team for durability analysis.
- Plan and manage all simulation activities to support design decisions.
- Guide engineers on modeling techniques and result interpretation.
- Correlate simulation results with physical test data and refine methodologies
- Deep technical expertise in fatigue analysis (durability).
- Experience guiding design based on simulation results to meet regulatory and consumer targets

Education Qualification

Mandatory: B.E. in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering

Preferred: M.E./M.Tech in CAE / Structural Analysis
