Generate CNC programs for 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis milling centers using CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, SolidCAM, Solidworks).
Optimize existing CNC programs for efficiency, reduced cycle time, and improved surface finish.
Perform program simulations and verifications to detect potential collisions and optimize tool paths.
Conduct first-off part inspections and make necessary program adjustments.
Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues in collaboration with production teams
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
