Key Responsibilities:

· Create and modify 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).

· Develop designs for sheet metal components, fixtures, and fabricated assemblies.

· Convert customer/buyer drawings into manufacturable designs with accurate dimensions and tolerances.

· Prepare detailed fabrication drawings for welding, machining, casting, and forging processes.

· Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.

· Support process improvement by designing jigs, fixtures, and tooling.

· Generate BOM (Bill of Materials) and assist in cost estimation.

· Ensure adherence to industry standards and company quality guidelines.

· Provide technical support during product development and production stages.

· Optimize designs for material utilization, cost reduction, and ease of manufacturing.

· Check bending feasibility on Amada press brakes,



troubleshoot issues, and provide practical solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

· Robust knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).

· Understanding of manufacturing processes: Welding (MIG, TIG, Arc Welding) , Casting (Sand Casting, Die Casting) ,Forging , Machining (CNC, VMC, Turning, Milling)

· Knowledge of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

· Familiarity with sheet metal design and fabrication techniques.

· Basic understanding of material properties and selection.

· Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹200.00 - ₹400.00 per hour
