Job Summary

We are looking for a CA Industrial Trainee to join the Finance team of a leading global technology/semiconductor company. The role offers hands-on exposure to FP&A;, General Ledger, Taxation, SAP and Business Intelligence while working closely with Finance and Operations teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Support financial reporting, MIS and variance analysis.
- Assist in General Ledger, reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
- Support tax-related documentation, reporting and compliance.
- Work on SAP/ERP systems and financial data analysis.
- Assist with business intelligence, dashboards and management reports.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations and cross-functional teams.
- Support senior finance stakeholders with financial analysis and business insights.

Candidate Requirements

- CA Intermediate – Both Groups cleared.




- 1–2 years of relevant experience, including Articleship exposure.
- Experience with Private Limited/Limited Companies preferred.
- Big 4 experience will be an added advantage.
- Positive understanding of Accounting, FP&A;, Taxation and Financial Analysis.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel; SAP/ERP exposure preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work from office in Bengaluru.

- Exam Leave: Up to 90 days, excluding examination days.
- Candidates preparing for their CA Final attempt will be preferred.
