CA Fresher - Accounts & Finance - Pune/Chennai Are you a qualified Chartered Accountant looking to kick-start your career in Accounts & Finance? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join a leading organization in Mumbai and gain exposure across accounting, financial reporting, and finance operations.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and MIS.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for finance-related activities.
- Support process improvement initiatives within the finance function.

Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Robust understanding of accounting principles and finance concepts.




- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
