Role & responsibilities

- Oversee the month end closing process, ensuring completeness and accuracy across all areas of the trial balance.

- Supervise overall accounting activities to ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.

- Ensure adherence to financial procedures and compliance with internal control requirements.

- Conduct detailed reviews of monthly, quarterly, half yearly, and annual P&L; and Balance Sheet statements.

- Prepare balance sheet schedules, analyze P&L; movements, and interpret month over month changes in the trial balance.

- Manage and publish Power BI dashboards to present monthly financial performance insights to leadership for assigned business areas.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with robust technical expertise.

- Proficient in Ind AS and IFRS accounting standards and knowledgeable about regulatory financial reporting requirements.

- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.

- Capable of interpreting and summarizing large volumes of financial data accurately.

- Familiar with databases and comfortable working with data driven financial analysis.
