Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle for large enterprise clients.
- Build relationships with CFOs, Heads of Tax, and Finance leaders.
- Support client onboarding, implementation, and go-live.
- Resolve complex GST, e-invoicing, ERP integration, and ITC issues.
- Act as a Tax SME and work with Product & Engineering teams.
- Convert client feedback and tax requirements into product improvements.
What Were Looking For
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Strong practical knowledge of GST, e-invoicing, ITC reconciliation, and financial compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Proactive and customer-focused approach.
