"We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Automation Test Lead to join our offshore QA team. This role demands a strong foundation in Quality Assurance principles, hands-on expertise in automation, and C sharp. The ideal candidate will lead testing efforts and ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end test automation efforts .
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using C# and Playwright.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies aligned with business goals.
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices, standards, and processes.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
- Report on test coverage, defect metrics, and quality KPIs to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in software testing with at least 2+ years in a Test Lead role.




- Strong hands-on experience in C# and Playwright for automation.
- Deep understanding of QA principles, test design techniques, and defect lifecycle.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and test management tools.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment. "
