Job Summary

Business Vehicle Maintenance & Management is responsible for ensuring the productive maintenance, compliance, and operational readiness of the company’s business vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

Business Vehicle Maintenance & Management

- Maintain records of all company-owned business vehicles.
- Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance, servicing, repairs, and inspections.
- Monitor vehicle fitness, insurance, permits, pollution certificates, and other statutory documents to ensure timely renewals.
- Coordinate with drivers, workshops, and service providers to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Track vehicle running costs, maintenance expenses, and fuel consumption.
- Maintain service history and repair records for each vehicle.
- Report recurring vehicle issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure vehicles remain clean, roadworthy,



and available for operational requirements.

Administration & Coordination

- Coordinate with internal departments regarding vehicle requirements.
- Prepare periodic reports on vehicle maintenance status.
- Support audits by maintaining accurate documentation.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Purchase Manager or Management.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Automobile Engineering / Automobile Technology / Mechanical Engineering or any other equivalent technical qualification.
- ITI qualification in Automobile Mechanic / Motor Vehicle Mechanic with relevant experience may also be considered.
- Candidates with 1-2 years of practical experience in commercial vehicle maintenance and fleet management will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
