About The Job:

- The role is to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving requirements gathering, solution design, data analysis, and testing activities for the Insurance Policy Administration platform.

- The role requires strong business analysis skills, Insurance domain knowledge, and extensive experience in system validation and testing.

Essential Job Functions:

- Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements (both functional and non-functional) for technology solutions that address business needs.

- Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle, managing changes and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

- Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership teams.

- Assist in identifying potential solutions for the business and provide input to issues or risks. Identify project interdependencies and communicate requirement/scope issues and participate in driving them to resolution for inclusion in system requirements.

- Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and impact assessments.

- Create comprehensive test cases based on business requirements and design documents. Validate business rules, calculations, premium processing, policy transactions, and reporting outputs.

- Maintain test scripts and reporting in JIRA

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field.

- 4-8 years of experience working in Business analysis / testing role for Life Insurance applications.





- 4+ years of demonstrated experience in business and functional requirements elicitation, translation, and documentation.

- Experience working on Vantage Insurance platforms / Mainframe systems.

- Strong understanding of Insurance data models and policy lifecycle management.

- Strong analytic skills including ability to identify patterns, potential issues and then translate those into functional and test requirements.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
