Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads through various channels, and build a qualified sales pipeline.

Responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, conducting presentations and product demonstrations, and managing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs,



preparing proposals and quotations, tracking market trends, and reporting on performance metrics. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in CRM tools, sales prospecting platforms, and basic MS Office.
- Relevant experience in software solutions, digital marketing, or edtech sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work towards targets, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
