B2B Sales & Retention Specialist

Experience: 5–8 Years

Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout, Sector 7

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end onboarding of recent clients on Kredily HRMS & Payroll.
- Understand client requirements and configure HR, Attendance, Leave, Payroll, and Compliance processes.
- Coordinate with clients for employee master data, salary structures, statutory details, and required documents.
- Ensure accurate data validation, migration, and system configuration.
- Conduct client training and product walkthroughs.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, Tech, Payroll, and Support teams for smooth implementation.
- Track onboarding timelines, deliverables, and pending dependencies.
- Conduct parallel payroll / validation checks before go-live.
- Ensure timely go-live and successful handover to the operations/support team.
- Maintain onboarding MIS, documentation, and client communication.

Key Skills




- Strong knowledge of HRMS & Payroll processes.
- Experience in client onboarding / implementation / payroll outsourcing.
- Good understanding of Indian payroll and statutory compliance.
- Strong Excel/data-handling and analytical skills.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
- Experience with HRMS/Payroll software is preferred.

- Onboarding completed within defined TAT.
- Data and payroll accuracy.
- Successful client go-live.
- Client satisfaction during onboarding.
- Minimal post-go-live issues.
