MPLS, Ethernet, Mobile, Fiber BB, IP telephony and SDWAN
Versant with L2C/ T2R . OSS/BSS
8+ years of experience in Business / Process Analysis with demonstrated track records of successful improvement work ideally in the telecoms area
Use standard techniques to investigate, challenge, analyse and document requirements
Verified robust problem solving and methodical abilities
Able to use data and numbers in solving business problems
Very good documentation skills and experience in designing low level business processes
Good knowledge of BSS / OSS Systems and Service Assurance
Familiarity with software testing principles and defect management
