- Assist the local Brand Head in the region to handle the respective brand's sales.
- Ensure the purchase targets for your region are achieved, as mutually agreed between the Brand Head and the regional Principal Brand team.
- Increase the Count of Customers (COC) for your brand in the region, working through the local segment RM team.
- Generate leads for the brand from market research and Principal connect.
- Ensure the Gross Profit (GP) target for the brand is achieved.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive brand business expansion.
02 Field Team Support &
- Capability
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers on the field on all brand-related sales.
- Assist the RM team to close high-value quotations.
- Provide regular training to the segment technical team and local segment RMs to improve their selling capability.
03 Principal &
- Stakeholder Relationship
- Maintain strong public relations as a face of the company to the local Principal Brand team.
- Build the relationship with the local Principal Brand team to the point where they consider you part of their own team within VISL.
- Coordinate closely with Business Managers across the segment.
- Keep the Brand Head and Segment Head informed through clear internal communication and MIS.
04 Order, Quotation &
- Customer Handling
- Handle customer inquiries for the brand and business segment, and process quotations accurately and promptly.
- Support order processing through to closure, working with the operations team where needed.
- Network actively to build the brand's presence and reach in the region.
05 Commercial Control &
- Customer Satisfaction
- Apply strong commercial sense so that stock management, Gross Profit and sales stay in balance.
- Ensure inventory turnaround for brand stock at the local warehouse meets the set targets.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers as per the credit limits and credit periods assigned to them.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer delight.
