About the Role

Amity Global School, Noida is looking for a passionate and experienced Business Management & Accountancy Teacher to join its Senior School academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom-management skills, and preferably experience teaching IBDP, Cambridge AS & A Level, or other international curricula .

The role involves delivering engaging, inquiry-driven lessons that develop students' analytical, financial, entrepreneurial and critical-thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Business Management and Accountancy for senior-school students.
- Teach concepts through practical examples, case studies, business scenarios, projects and real-world applications.
- Prepare students effectively for relevant IBDP / Cambridge assessments and examinations .
- Develop lesson plans, teaching resources, assignments, assessments and revision materials.
- Promote critical thinking, problem-solving, research and independent learning.
- Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Track student progress and implement appropriate academic interventions where required.
- Support students with coursework, projects, research and extended academic assignments.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.




- Encourage students to connect business and accounting concepts with current economic and commercial developments.
- Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to departmental planning and review.
- Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators and academic leadership to ensure effective curriculum delivery.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, professional-development programmes and other academic activities.
- Contribute to the school's culture of independent learning, critical thinking and self-reflection .

Desired Candidate Profile
- Master's/bachelor's degree in commerce , Business Administration, Accountancy, Economics, or a related discipline .
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.




- 3–5 years of relevant teaching experience in a reputed school.
- Experience with IBDP and/or Cambridge AS & A Level will be strongly preferred.
- Strong command of Business Management, Business Studies and Accountancy.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom-management and student-engagement abilities.
- Ability to design differentiated learning experiences for students with varied learning needs.
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative and growth-oriented approach to teaching.

Preferred Qualifications
- IB-trained / IB-certified educator.
- Cambridge-trained teacher.
- Experience teaching IBDP Business Management .
- Experience with senior-school Accountancy / Commerce.
- Experience in examination preparation and international assessment frameworks.
