We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Head to lead the overall Sales and Service operations for our Citroën and Jeep dealership in Whitefield, Bangalore.

The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, sales performance, service operations, profitability, customer satisfaction, and overall dealership performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the overall Sales and Service operations of the dealership.
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Drive new vehicle sales, revenue, profitability, and market share for Citroën and Jeep.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the Sales, Service, Parts, and Customer Relationship teams.
- Monitor enquiries, test drives, bookings, conversions, retail sales, cancellations, and lead follow-ups.
- Develop strategies to increase walk-ins, enquiries, test drives, customer referrals, digital leads, and corporate sales.
- Oversee complete workshop and after-sales operations, including service revenue, vehicle inflow, customer retention, warranty, and parts performance.
- Improve workshop productivity, technician efficiency, bay utilisation, and overall service profitability.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and effectively handle escalated customer complaints.
- Monitor dealership P&L;, revenue, gross margins, expenses, inventory, and overall profitability.
- Prepare and review MIS reports, business forecasts, sales reports, and performance dashboards.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Ensure adherence to OEM standards, processes, audits, campaigns, and reporting requirements.




- Maintain strong relationships with Citroën and Jeep OEM teams and ensure effective implementation of OEM initiatives.
- Set clear KPIs for all departments and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees to build a high-performing team.
- Drive customer retention, repeat business, referrals, and long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, statutory requirements, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in the automobile dealership industry.
- Proven experience in managing Sales and Service operations, preferably in a senior leadership or Business Head role.
- Strong understanding of automotive sales, after-sales, workshop operations, customer experience, and dealership profitability.
- Experience in managing large teams and multiple dealership functions.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong commercial and financial management capabilities with experience in handling P&L.;
- Ability to work in a target-driven and highly competitive environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automobile Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. MBA will be an added advantage.
