Hiring | Business Finance Manager Manager / Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end P&L;, business planning & financial performance
- Partner with business & operations teams to drive profitable growth
- Handle product costing, pricing, margin analysis & ROI
- Drive cost optimization, inventory & working capital management
- Track digital business metrics – CAC, LTV, ROAS & contribution margins
- Manage marketplace reconciliations, revenue assurance & MIS
- Support commercial structuring, contracts, Capex & investment decisions
- Ensure strong financial controls, compliance & governance
- Provide actionable insights through variance analysis and business reporting

Ideal Candidate:

- CA with 8–12 years post-qualification experience
- Minimum 4 years in Business Finance within FMCG / Consumer Products
- Solid financial modelling & advanced Excel skills
- Excellent business acumen, stakeholder management & analytical skills
- Good knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS, taxation & commercial implications
