Role
- Call industrial plot owners & prospective clients
- Generate and qualify construction leads
- Pitch ETG’s warehouse & industrial construction services
- Handle client queries, objections and follow-ups
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain proper lead and follow-up records
- Work towards converting leads into construction projects
Who We’re Looking For
- Pleasant & persuasive communication style
- Strong Hindi/Hinglish communication skills
- Confidence in speaking with business owners
- Valuable negotiation & relationship-management skills
- Sales/telecalling/business-development experience preferred
