About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing D2C brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, driving sales, and contributing to the overall growth of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities and potential partnerships.

- Reach out to potential clients, brands, influencers, retailers, and other business partners.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Drive sales through partnerships, collaborations, and B2B/D2C opportunities.

- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer segments, and growth opportunities.

- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, operations, and customer service.

- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.

- Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue generated.

- Develop and maintain a strong business pipeline.

- Represent the brand professionally during meetings, events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.





- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or a related role.

- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle, beauty, jewellery, or retail will be preferred.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

- Confident in making calls, conducting meetings, and following up with prospects.

- Strong sales orientation with a target-driven approach.

- Positive understanding of social media, e-commerce, and digital business.

- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
