Leadzen.AI is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team on a remote basis, with a preference for candidates based in Mumbai. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about sales and lead generation to gain hands-on experience with modern outbound sales strategies and AI-powered sales tools, while contributing to the growth of a fast-paced organization.

In this role, you will focus on domestic lead generation, engaging with potential B2B clients, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into qualified opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients to generate interest and identify opportunities.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Maintain and update CRM records accurately and consistently.




- Learn and apply modern sales and lead generation techniques as part of ongoing skill development.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3-6 months of prior experience in SDR, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation roles.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Confident, persuasive, and eager to learn new sales approaches.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
