Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic, goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, conducting sales pitches, and driving revenue growth for our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, research, and reach out to target prospective clients through cold outreach, email campaigns, networking, and social media (LinkedIn).
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and pitch decks to key decision-makers.
- Understand prospective clients' business needs and tailor value propositions to meet their requirements.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline—from initial lead generation and qualification to deal closure.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress in the CRM software.




- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales messaging and target strategies based on market feedback.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (Freshers with solid communication skills are welcome).
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, active listening, and relationship-building abilities.
- Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Key Attributes: Self-motivated, resilient, target-driven, and capable of handling client objections professionally.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
