Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Reinsurance role located in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, generating leads, and cultivating strong relationships with insurers and other risk carriers. The individual will conduct market research to map opportunities, understand client needs, and propose suitable reinsurance solutions in collaboration with internal broking and technical teams.

Key responsibilities include visiting insurers, attending client meetings,



coordinating with reinsurance partners, and tracking business pipelines and performance metrics. The role also requires maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring timely responses, and supporting marketing initiatives and industry events to enhance TTIBI’s presence in the reinsurance market.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities and proven aptitude for business development and client acquisition.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to track industry trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
- Relevant experience in reinsurance, and insurance
- A bachelor’s degree with qualified certifications in insurance or reinsurance are an advantage.
- Strong negotiation skills, proficiency in common office and CRM tools, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are desirable.
