Business Develop Officer Plastic Manufacturing Industry - Malad

Required Qualifications

2–5 years of sales experience in Plastic, Polymer, Packaging, Masterbatch, PVC, Injection Molding, ,FMCG or Manufacturing industry.

Knowledge of B2B sales processes and industrial products.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

salary - 30-45-60k

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customers in target industries.

Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close orders.

Maintain robust relationships with existing customers and key accounts.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch teams for timely delivery.

Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables.

Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.

Prepare sales forecasts, customer visit reports, and MIS reports.

Handle customer complaints and provide prompt resolutions.

Maintain customer records and sales pipeline in ERP systems.
