Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Officer to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and generating new business.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and business development targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new markets and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, design, and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.




- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare regular business development and sales reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of the Chennai market is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
