About Mind Meadow

Mind Meadow is a multidisciplinary child-development and mental-health organisation providing screening, assessments, therapy and intervention services through a structured, multidisciplinary model.

As we expand our presence across Kashmir and develop partnerships with schools, healthcare professionals, institutions and other stakeholders, we are looking for a commercially driven Manager – Strategic Partnerships & Business Development to lead our business-development initiatives.

Role Purpose The role will be responsible for building and converting institutional partnerships, referral networks and strategic business opportunities that contribute to the growth of Mind Meadow.

The ideal candidate should be confident in dealing with school management, doctors, hospitals, healthcare professionals, institutions, corporates and senior decision-makers and should be capable of taking a relationship from initial introduction through to a formal partnership.

This is a target-driven, field-oriented role, not an administrative position.

Key Responsibilities

1. School & Educational Partnerships

* Identify schools and educational institutions with potential for collaboration.
- Develop relationships with school owners, management, principals and administrators.
- Present Mind Meadow’s services and partnership models.
- Generate opportunities for:
- Screening programmes
- Assessments
- Therapy services
- Special education support
- Teacher/parent awareness programmes
- School-based intervention programmes
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, commercial discussions and MoUs.
- Build long-term institutional relationships.

1. Healthcare & Referral Network Development

Develop a structured professional referral network with:
- Paediatricians
- Child psychiatrists
- Psychiatrists
- Neurologists
- Psychologists
- Hospitals
- Clinics
- Allied healthcare professionals
- Other relevant specialists The objective is to establish ethical, sustainable referral relationships that increase awareness and access to Mind Meadow’s services.

1. Strategic Partnerships

Identify and develop partnerships with:
- Hospitals and healthcare groups
- Educational organisations
- Corporates
- CSR foundations
- NGOs
- Community organisations
- Government/institutional stakeholders
- Other organisations aligned with Mind Meadow’s objectives

1. Business Development & Lead Generation





* Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain a qualified institutional prospect database.
- Generate new leads through networking, field visits, professional relationships and targeted outreach.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with decision-makers.
- Convert qualified leads into partnerships.
- Maintain a healthy sales/business-development pipeline.

1. Expansion Support

Work closely with senior management during the launch and expansion of Mind Meadow centres.

Responsibilities may include

- Mapping the local referral ecosystem.
- Identifying high-potential schools and institutions.
- Building awareness before centre launch.
- Developing local professional networks.
- Supporting launch campaigns.
- Creating a sustainable pipeline of referrals and institutional partnerships.

1. Relationship Management

* Maintain regular contact with existing partners.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing collaborations.
- Conduct periodic partner reviews.
- Ensure commitments made during business development are properly handed over to operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all institutional relationships.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The candidate will be evaluated on measurable business outcomes, not merely the number of meetings conducted.

- Number of qualified institutional leads generated
- Number of decision-maker meetings
- Number of proposals submitted
- Number of partnerships/MoUs successfully closed
- Revenue generated through institutional partnerships
- Referral-network growth
- New school/clinic/hospital partnerships
- Conversion rate from qualified lead → partnership
- Business generated from existing partnerships
- Expansion pipeline created for new centres

90-Day Expectations

First 30 days

- Understand Mind Meadow’s services and partnership models.
- Complete market mapping.
- Build a qualified prospect database.
- Establish initial institutional contacts.

Days 31–60
- Conduct regular institutional meetings.
- Develop proposals.
- Establish referral relationships.
- Build a measurable partnership pipeline.

Days 61–90
- Close initial partnerships.
- Generate measurable referral/business opportunities.
- Present a 6–12 month strategic BD plan.

Candidate Profile





Essential

- 5–8 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, institutional sales or B2B relationship management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to independently generate and convert business opportunities.
- Comfortable meeting senior decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for meetings and institutional visits.
- Good understanding of CRM/reporting processes.
- Strong commercial orientation and accountability for targets.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

Reporting & Accountability The Manager will report directly to Senior Management/Director and will be responsible for maintaining:
- Weekly BD activity reports
- Institutional pipeline
- Lead-conversion report
- Partnership status tracker
- Revenue/ business-generation report
- Monthly KPI review

All institutional commitments and commercial arrangements must follow Mind Meadow’s approved policies, pricing, branding and partnership framework.

What Success Looks Like

Within 6–12 months, the successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:

A robust institutional pipeline → meaningful partnerships → increased referrals → measurable revenue/business growth → sustainable expansion opportunities for Mind Meadow.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
