Role Description

We're looking for someone versatile who can wear multiple hats — helping manage day-to-day operations across the startup while primarily driving our marketing and business development efforts. This is a excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on, high-ownership experience rather than a narrowly defined role.

What You'll Do

- Plan and execute marketing initiatives (digital, content, social media, and offline outreach)
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities — partnerships, collaborations, and growth channels
- Support overall operations and coordination across teams as needed




- Contribute ideas and take ownership of projects as the company scales
- Work closely with the founder(s) to shape strategy, not just execute it

Who We're Looking For

- Freshers or early-career professionals (0–2 years experience) — we're open to training and mentoring the right person
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-starter attitude
- Strong presentation abilities, including preparing visual materials and delivering clear, engaging presentations.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by startup life (things move fast, roles evolve)
- A background or genuine interest in mental health, psychology, or wellness is a plus, though not mandatory
- Someone who wants to grow with the company, not just work at it
