Sberbank is looking for a Business Development Manager (Senior Manager) to support our rapid-growing team in Delhi. Our team is responsible for increasing the relationship between India and Russia in export. The role will be focused on market analysis, supplier search and qualification, supplier coordination for proposal development and negotiations, and faciliation in making deals.

Responsibilities

- Assist in conducting supplier sourcing activities for: energy and electrical products, IT products, pharma products, chemicals, FMCG products, industrial production products, transport and mining products.
- Support the exporter (supplier) evaluation and onboarding process, ensuring quality, delivery timelines, and compliance with standards.
- Maintain regular contact with suppliers, resolving issues and escalating critical concerns to senior management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that sourcing aligns with banking products.
- Track supplier performance and maintain supplier data and documentation properly.
- Help negotiate cost-effective deals.
- Monitor market developments and category trends to identify business development opportunities in India-Russia foreign trades.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing,



or business development in the energy and electricals products, IT products, pharma products, chemicals, FMCG products, industrial production products, or transport and mining products.
- Solid working knowledge of supply chain processes, vendor operations, and procurement systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or programme directly related to your field of expertise, is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Experience working with supplier in international markets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Advanced user of Excel and Power Point.
- Usage of AI for searching and analysing external information.
