About the Role

Talcord is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate recent business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and lead generation.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Talcord products/services.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.

Manage leads throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to conversion.





Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.

Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to the management.

Requirements

Minimum 1+ year of experience in field sales/business development.

Graduation is mandatory.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good negotiation and convincing abilities.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
