Key Responsibilities

Quinteze Facility Management India Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Payroll & Workforce Management business and is looking for an energetic Business Development Manager to drive corporate client acquisition

Generate and convert B2B leads for payroll outsourcing

Build relationships with HR Heads, CHROs, CFOs & business owners

Conduct client meetings, presentations & negotiations

Drive new client acquisition and recurring payroll business

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

Develop opportunities across Manufacturing, IT, Engineering, Infrastructure & other sectors

Maintain sales pipeline and achieve business targets

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
