Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate candidates only
- Banking sales experience is mandatory
- Excellent English communication and customer handling skills
- Candidates with relevant BPO/calling experience may apply.
- Employment gap should not exceed 6 months
- Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls for Kotak 811 and other banking products
- Generate leads and acquire current customers
- Explain product features and digital banking services
- Manage customer follow-ups and achieve assigned sales targets
Work Schedule
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Offs: 6 per month (4 Sundays and 2 Saturdays)
