Business Development Manager – Hospitality & Events

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in the hospitality, catering, and events industry. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing key relationships, developing partnerships, and closing high-value business deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new clients across corporate, wedding, and social events.
- Generate new business and develop repeat clientele.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build relationships with corporates, event planners, venues, and key stakeholders.
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, proposals, and contract finalization.
- Develop partnerships with banquet halls, wedding venues, and event planners.
- Identify recent opportunities in institutional catering, private events, and other segments.
- Monitor sales targets, KPIs, pipeline,



and conversion rates.
- Lead, train, and mentor junior business development team members.
- Coordinate with operations, culinary, and event teams for smooth execution.
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry platforms.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Sales & Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in hospitality, catering, events, or F&B.;
- Strong sales, negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality and catering industry.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
