Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, remote role responsible for driving growth and expanding EXIN DESIGN STUDIO’s client base in hospitality, luxury residential, and related sectors. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and managing the end-to-end business development pipeline. The role involves preparing and delivering pitch presentations, coordinating proposals and RFP responses,



and collaborating closely with design and marketing teams to align business opportunities with the studio’s capabilities.

The Business Development

Manager will track market trends, attend virtual industry events, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular reporting and forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to develop and execute business development strategies in design, architecture, or hospitality sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Comfort with work from home, including time management, self-direction, and virtual collaboration tools.
- Experience preparing proposals, RFP responses, and sales collateral in a professional services environment.
- Analytical skills for market research, competitive analysis, and revenue forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in a design studio, architecture firm, hospitality brand, or real estate development is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
