About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Fire & Safety to drive business growth, generate new leads, develop client relationships, and secure Fire & Safety projects across the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business development strategies for Fire & Safety solutions.
- Generate new leads and identify potential clients, projects, consultants, contractors, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, consultants, MEP contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Fire Protection, and Fire & Safety projects.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Follow up on enquiries, tenders, quotations, and project opportunities.




- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with estimation, technical, procurement, and project teams for successful project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.

Requirements

- 5+ years of proven experience in Fire & Safety sales / business development.
- Indian market experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Fire Protection, and related systems.
- Experience in B2B/project sales is preferred.
- Existing network with consultants, contractors, developers, and corporate clients will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and client-management skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and convert opportunities into projects.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
