Role & responsibilities

- Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets.

- Develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

- Generate leads through field visits, references, networking, seminars, exhibitions and other activities.

- Regularly visit dentists, implantologists, prosthodontists, oral surgeons, dental clinics and hospitals.

- Promote and sell the company's dental implant products and solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and key customers.

- Identify potential customers and convert leads into business.

- Manage existing customers and generate repeat business.

- Develop and expand the assigned territory and customer base.

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to dental professionals.

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.

- Follow up with customers for orders and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.





- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, product support and customer service.

- Maintain accurate customer, lead, sales and collection records.

- Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and field activity reports.

- Participate in dental conferences, workshops, seminars and company promotional activities.

- Robust B2B Sales & Business Development skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good negotiation, presentation and convincing skills.

- Strong customer relationship management skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Good follow-up and sales-closing ability.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM.

- Knowledge of the local dental market will be an advantage.
