Job Title: Business Development Manager Domestic & IT Staffing

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Office Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Interview Mode: Face to Face

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with expertise in Domestic & IT Staffing, Client Acquisition, and Team Management. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of IT hiring requirements and the ability to align client needs with staffing solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new business development through domestic staffing & IT client acquisition.
- Understand IT skill sets (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP, etc.) and align them with client needs.
- Manage end-to-end client engagement requirement gathering, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
- Handle C2C(Corp-to-Corp) and Full-Time staffing requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term success.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters/business executives to achieve business goals.
- Prepare business plans, strategies, and presentations to acquire new clients.
- Consistently achieve sales and revenue targets.





Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Business Development within Domestic & IT Staffing.
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies, skill sets, and market trends.
- Proven experience in client acquisition, client handling, and closures.
- Hands-on experience with C2C and Full-Time staffing requirements.
- Team handling and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication,negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client network in the IT staffing domain is an added advantage
