We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead and manage our sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business development plans.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Handle client communication, meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups professionally.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.
- Coach and support team members to improve their sales performance.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and business development.
- Previous experience in managing or leading a sales team.
- Strong client communication,



negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of the complete sales process.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Target-oriented with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Experience in a startup or quick-growing company will be an advantage.

What We’re Looking For Someone who can lead the sales team effectively, communicate confidently with clients, generate new business, and consistently drive revenue growth.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Kochi, Kerala (Kochi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
