We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our sales team, manage office sales operations, and handle major client accounts for CADIA Furn.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Lead, guide, and track daily performance of sales executives to hit targets.
- Major Clients: Pitch, negotiate, and close high-value deals with architects, designers, and corporate clients.
- Office Operations: Manage sales pipelines, prepare business proposals, and coordinate with production and design teams.
- Reporting: Monitor market trends and report monthly sales progress to management.
Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate.
- Experience: 2+ years in Sales / BD (Furniture/Interior industry preferred).
- Skills: Solid leadership, communication (Malayalam & English), and deal-closing skills.
- Location: Calicut.
